ABOUT
Elizabeth is a licensed math teacher turned handyman - by choice! She established her handyman business in Louisiana in 2017 after helping renovate a home destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. To complement her systems understanding of how homes are constructed, she sought out technical training in residential repairs, enrolled in a two-week intensive course accredited by the National Apartment Association, and became a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician.
As a life-long athlete, she loves the physical demands of the job and, as a mathematician, she loves measurement, problem solving, and efficiency.
Often, clients call Elizabeth because other tradesmen have not been able to figure out where a leak is coming from or how to do a custom repair that may take some patience, care, and creativity.
Elizabeth relocated her physical business to the Washington DC area in 2025 but still serves Louisiana clients remotely and receives nationwide inquiries for remote DIY guidance.
